The Building Process – Where Dreams Come True

Once your concept of the ideal luxury custom home has been converted into a workable design by our architects, we obtain the necessary building approval on your behalf. Once we’ve received the go-ahead by council to proceed with the build, construction of your new residence can begin.

The initial stages involve the preparation of your plot of land for the purposes of the laying the concrete foundation. Depending on the existing state of the block, this may involve the removal of excess debris or other obstructions from the premises to ensure that the construction process will not be hindered.

Following this, our contractors will erect your walls and all door and window frames will be created. Throughout the building process, our management team is in regular contact with you to provide you with up-to-date information on the progress of your new home. From here, all roofing and carpentry is finalised, while all primary internals are completed, including plumbing works, electrical wiring and environmentally friendly elements.

Upon completion of all building tasks, you’ll be invited to our head office for the official handover of the keys to your beautiful new home.
